Return Policy

We are shoppers ourselves and we know that ordering the wrong size can happen sometimes. So we would love to help you make an easy return so that you can own an ALLY item that you love. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

 

How do I return a purchase?

Take a clear photo of the purchase item in its original condition with tags attached and the invoice. Send the photo(s) to us via email at team@allystyle.co and mark subject line as “RETURN: Order Number + Your Full Name”. Please state clearly what the problem is so that we can help you as best as we can. Return address will be provided via the email correspondence. 


How do returns work?

Mail back the item within 10 days of purchase unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Once we have received the item and validated it to be in its original condition, we will send you a store credit amount within 5 days. The amount will be equivalent to the price of the item returned so that you can continue to shop on ALLY for something you love.


Condition of item

We allow returns within 10 days of purchase.  All items must be returned in the original condition that you received it. This includes the tag and accessories (where relevant), as well as your order slip. We seek your understanding that we will not accept any items that have been damaged, stained or been worn (due to hygiene purposes). We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria for hygiene purposes.


What can you return?

We allow returns for all purchases, EXCEPT sale items and accessories

What about postage?

All postage fees for item return will be borne by the customer and must be mailed back with a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Returns are not valid if the parcel does not reach us and ALLY will not be liable for lost mails.


When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund (excluding shipping fees if applicable) in store credits within 5 days of us receiving your returned product.
